Subversion access requires VLF username and password for viewing and a separate username/password for editing (please contact me about it). Instructions for editing are here. If you do not know the VLF username and password, you are welcome to check out Stanford VLF Group Web Page and Stanford VLF Group Publications. All access is secure only, you have to accept the self-signed certificate from this site.
